We want the website to be usable by as many people as possible. This draft describes the features and known limitations of the current site; it is not a claim of WCAG certification or full conformance.
The website includes semantic headings, a skip-to-content link, visible keyboard focus, native links/buttons, responsive layouts and text alternatives or illustration labels where relevant. The photo slider and service-card effects respect the reduced-motion preference on your device. The main information and enquiry links remain available without website JavaScript.
Known limitations. Hero photos rotate automatically and have no persistent pause button. Enabling reduced motion on your device stops automatic rotation and animated effects while allowing manual photo selection. The embedded Google map is supplied by a third party and may behave differently across browsers and assistive technology. The shop address is also presented as text outside the map. Physical-device and screen-reader testing is not yet complete.
If you encounter a barrier, contact us through WhatsApp at +60 10-231 1549 or the postal address shown on the site. Tell us which page or feature caused difficulty and, if comfortable, the device/browser or assistive technology involved. We have not committed a response deadline in this draft.
